How It Works

Use VoiceSpan Translator without guessing what happens next.

Start with the exact flow you need: a direct call, a hosted room, language changes, or meeting-credit use.

1

Make a direct call

Use the other person’s VoiceSpan Translator ID from the dashboard. If you have no minutes left, the app blocks the call before setup and tells you why.

2

Start a hosted room

Create a room link from the dashboard, share it, and let guests join from that link with their name and chosen language.

3

Admit people into the room

The host controls who enters. Two people total is still a normal call. Free and Silver stop there. Gold and above can add a third person and start using meeting credits.

4

Change language settings

Go to My Account, open Language Preferences, choose your speaking language, and choose whether incoming translations should match your own language or a different one.

5

Understand minutes and credits

Call minutes deduct during active calls. Meeting credits deduct over time only for participants beyond the first two in a hosted room. Smart Continuity in Settings can convert between those two buckets to keep an eligible room connected.

6

Buy more meeting credits

If the host gets low on credits, VoiceSpan Translator routes Gold-and-above plans to the dedicated credits page, preserves the room context, and lets them return to admit more people.
